MSD works with key counterparts and civil society to develop and implement culturally-appropriate programs that strengthen judicial institutions and improve the delivery of justice sector services at the local, regional, and national levels. With programmatic expertise that covers the rule of law continuum, from administration of justice, judicial reform, and access to justice to human rights, alternative dispute resolution, security reform and property claims, MSD helps governments and civil society to examine existing justice system structures, policies, and operations, and coordinate appropriate solutions, often through public-private partnerships.
