MSD
currently implements rule of law programs in Mexico, Colombia,
Guatemala,
El
Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and the Dominican
Republic. Our past performance includes projects in
Panama, Bolivia, and Ecuador. Currently,
we are recruiting professionals for USAID criminal justice
programs in Mexico and Central America . Successful candidates
will have experience in forensics, criminal investigations,
interagency coordination, witness protection, community policing,
crime scene protection, organized crime, counter-narcotics,
counter-terrorism, and border security, trafficking, maritime
security, surveillance, and money-laundering. Retired police,
prosecutors, investigators and judges; victim advocates, court
administrators, lawyers, restorative justice and community
justice professionals who are blingual with 7 - 10 years experience
working
in the region with the USG, IOs, or NGOs are encouraged to
